With an impressive 25 years of combined experience in real estate, Carl & Caron are recognised as one of Ray White’s top-performing teams. Carl’s expertise is further supported by his Level 5 Branch Manager status, reflecting his advanced understanding of the industry and leadership within real estate.

Carl’s career path has equipped him with extensive knowledge of residential building codes, local council district plans, and subdivision regulations. This technical insight allows him to confidently navigate complex projects, identify opportunities others may overlook, and help turn special projects into outstanding results, all while working to achieve the strongest possible sale price.

Caron brings more than 15 years of experience in real estate, complemented by a background in finance and her time working as an Operations Manager for a nationwide building inspection firm. This combination provides valuable perspective when assessing property, managing risk, and supporting informed decision-making for both buyers and sellers.
